The title says it all really as i’ve never ‘blogged’ before, so here goes.

A quick introduction:  My name is Emma, i’m 28, mother to three lovely (well they are sometimes) children, i’m a part time accounts assistant and totally obsessed by making hand made cards.  I also have a website for craft supplies which can be found at www.getcrafty.org.uk. 

 I have tried many crafts in the past but nothing has ever got a hold of me as card making does.  I’m sure all you card makers will agree it’s a very relaxing hobby and can become very addictive.   My favourite products at the moment are big flowers/blooms, brads and the designer paper stacks from Die Cuts With A View.  I am also going through a phase of trying to use recycled items on my cards.  I made the card shown below for my brothers birthday (which isn’t until the end of the month, i’m being organised for once), i have recycled a bottle top on this one and i’m sure he’ll like it.

 Why not take a look around your house for items you could recycle on your craft projects.
